Hull stripper was a type of alcohol. Conder Kyl once wondered why Sinjir Rath Velus was drinking caf and not hull stripper or Kowakian rum. Hull Stripper was also the nickname of Velus at the Imperial officers' academy.[1] It was one of the ingredients in flameout.[2]
