Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Hutt Cartel owned a safe house on Nar Shaddaa around 3643 BBY. Qiltakka and Ybann used this safe house to negotiate a treaty between the Cartel and the reconstituted Sith Empire when Darth Baras' apprentice interrupted the negotiations and killed the two Hutts and the Sith apprentice Girik.[1]
