Hutt Greed was a painting available in the galaxy sometime after the Battle of Yavin during the Galactic Civil War, a conflict between the Galactic Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic. The painting depicted an artist's sketch of a M12-L Kimogila heavy fighter, a ship commonly used by pilots employed by Hutt criminal organizations.[1]
Behind the scenes
Hutt Greed was a painting that appeared in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided,[1] which was released on June 26, 2003[2] and shut down on December 15, 2011.[3] The image used for the painting came from the art book From Pencil to Pixel: The Art of Star Wars Galaxies which was included with the collector's edition of Star Wars Galaxies and is one of the pieces of concept art for the player-owned ships included in the game's first expansion pack, Star Wars Galaxies: Jump to Lightspeed.[4] The painting itself was one of nine paintings given out randomly to players of the game for the game's first anniversary of release in the United States and Europe. The player could use the painting in their house as decoration.[1]
