Huttese ale was a beverage drunk by Hutts. The ale was yellow and fizzy and was usually served in mugs. However, Huttese ale had to be consumed quickly before it dissolved the mug in which it was served. Filba, a Hutt soldier of the Galactic Republic, drank Huttese ale during his stay at the Republic Mobile Surgical Unit 7 on the planet Drongar.[1]
Behind the scenes
The ale appeared in MedStar I: Battle Surgeons, the first novel of the MedStar Duology. Battle Surgeons was written by Michael Reaves and Steve Perry, and published in 2004.[1]
