Ian Abercrombie (September 11, 1934 – January 26, 2012[1]) was a British actor who provided the voice of Palpatine/Darth Sidious on the Star Wars: The Clone Wars film and TV series. He is known for his roles as Justin Pitt in Seinfeld and as Professor Crumbs on Wizards of Waverly Place.
