"Ice Spider" is the nineteenth episode of the webseries Star Wars Galaxy of Creatures. The episode was released on StarWarsKids.com on February 7, 2023, alongside the series' twentieth episode, "Dianoga."[1]

Aree and Cam must escape the sticky, frozen web of the ice spiders before their queen arrives to make them a permanent guest![3]
Plot summary[]
The episode opens with Aree and CAM being hung upside down by the silky web of Knobby white ice spiders on a frozen world. Aree tries to stay optimistic even though the two droids are in danger of being eaten by the ice spiders. He attempts to free himself with a laser drill but it quickly runs out of power.
In desperation, Aree tells CAM to break free with her thrusters and return to their starship to issue a distress call. CAM breaks free but is quickly captured by an adult ice spider, who spits a silky web at him. As CAM falls, the repulsorlift droid hits one of the icy walls, allowing sunlight to pierce through the cave. CAM lands inside a hot pool. Believing he is doomed, Aree records his last words on the camera, telling the Galactic Society of Creature Enthusiasts to build a taller replacement.
Realizing the ice spiders are sensitive to sunlight, Aree convinces CAM to use his light sensor to blast the cave and free him from his web. The sunlight causes the cave to shake. Aree and CAM flee with the adult ice spider in hot pursuit. While fleeing the cave, Aree tells his audience that ice spiders draw their strength from the ice but are vulnerable to sunlight. He surmises that it is better to observe from a safe distance.
