He was ultimately killed by Darth Vader, but died knowing he played his part to assist the downfall of the Galactic Empire and the Sith.[7]

During the Galactic Civil War, a two-faced Iktotchi served as security for a bar on Son-tuul; this individual had three eyes, two noses, and two mouths, and was shot by IG-90 during the assassin droid's search for Black Krrsantan.[8]
