The Illorbion's Hammer was a cathedral ship that was used by the Galactic Republic during the Pius Dea Era, a time of anti-alien crusades that were instigated by the Pius Dea faith that controlled the Republic. Long after the end of the Pius Dea Era, the name of the starship inspired fear on the worlds that the Illorbion's Hammer had previously held captive.[1]
