Warning: This infobox has missing parameters: unit1, unit2, unit3 and unrecognized parameters: BG2, imageBG The Imperial Attack on Voss was triggered when the Sith Empire invaded Voss. In response, the Galactic Republic sent out a fleet to defend Voss. The result of the battle was a missing fleet, a humbled Sith Empire, and both sides sending out emissaries to complete favors so that the citizens of Voss would become allies. The triumph of the Voss was attributed to the premonitions of their Force mystics. When the Empire and the Republic both established embassies in the Voss city of Voss-Ka following their mutual defeat,[1] the other native species of Voss, the Gormak, viewed both governments as the allies of the Voss and therefore enemies of the Gormak in their ongoing eternal war against the Voss.[2]

However, the Voss lacked proper interpretation of their vision; they thwarted what they foresaw to be an invasion. But the purpose of the attack was for the Sith Emperor to capture a Voss visionary to house the Voice of the Emperor.

A decade later, Senator Evran began allocating Republic forces to Voss for fear that the Empire will attack again.
