The Imperial Corps of Bioengineers was a scientific corps in the Galactic Empire that specialized in bioengineering. After the establishment of the Empire, the Imperial Corps of Bioengineers and an Imperial occupation force were dispatched to occupy and recover medicinal properties found on Iakar.[1]
