An Imperial Garrison was installed on Lothal during its occupation by the Galactic Empire soon after the Clone Wars and the transformation of the Galactic Republic into the Empire.[24] It was later dissolved when Lothal was liberated by the Spectres.[18]

- ↑ In Adventures in Wild Space: The Steal, Ezra Bridger is an infant. Since Ezra was born on the first Empire Day, which according to Star Wars: Galactic Atlas is 19 BBY, the Star Wars: Adventures in Wild Space series (the books of which take place in close proximity to each other) must be set around 18 BBY, during which Ryder Azadi was the Imperial Governor of Lothal. Since the position was established after the occupation according to Nexus of Power and Dawn of Rebellion, along with the occupation occurring after the Proclamation of the New Order, then we can deduce that the occupation of Lothal occurs between 19 BBY and 18 BBY.
