Imperial Liaison Kirtan Loor

Imperial Liaisons were Imperial officers assigned by the Galactic Empire to work in tandem with local planetary government agencies. Their purpose was to advise their local counterparts instead of just giving orders, although this guideline was not followed by all these envoys.[2]
In the Corellian system, the activities of the Corellian Security Force were highly supervised by the Empire during the Imperial Period. Imperial Intelligence officers were inserted in all CorSec divisions to monitor and coordinate operations with local Imperial garrisons.[3] Kirtan Loor served in such a position in Corran Horn's division.[4] Imperial Intelligence liaisons were also assigned to the CorSec Fourth Batallion[5] and to the 224th Recon Patrol Squad.[6]
During the Galactic Civil War, Moff Giiedt and Commander Demmings in turn were liaison officers for the Tiss'sharl League on Tiss'sharl,[7] while Lieutenant Pandur was a liaison officer to Korfo II.[2]
