Imperial Liaisons were Imperial officers sent from the Galactic Empire to partner with local planetary government agencies. Their purpose was to advise their local counterparts instead of just giving orders, although this guideline was not followed by all liaisons. Kirtan Loor was a liaison officer for Corran Horn's division in CorSec, and Lieutenant Pandur served as a liaison officer to Korfo II.[1]
