Biography[]
Captain Ioth was a male alien working in Alliance Intelligence's Analysis branch. His species had an affinity for reading data faster than Humans, and were able to digest numbers with the efficiency of a computer, but the ability to interpret data with the mind of a living being. He was assigned to the Navy Supply division, and during a session processing Imperial Navy supply requisitions for the preceding eight months made a note that the Oplovis Sector Fleet had seen a jump in requisitions for 4.1 percent. He noted the information for further analysis by other analysts.[1]
