"Jabba's Halloween Bash" is a non-canon animated LEGO short released on October 5, 2024 as part of LEGO STAR WARS: Celebrate the Season.

Official description

A Halloween party is in full swing on Jabba the Hutt's sail barge when a surprise visit from Darth Vader puts a damper on the festivities

Plot summary

On the desert planet of Tatooine, Jabba is having a Halloween party aboard his sail barge Khetanna near the Great Pit of Carkoon. The Khetanna is flanked by two smaller cargo skiffs. The bounty hunter Boba Fett lands his Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft Slave I nearby. He flies into the Khetanna carrying a large orange pumpkin that has been repurposed as a container. As he descends into the passenger compartment, Fett hits a Gamorrean guard on the head with the pumpkin container, before dropping it.

Fett then takes part in a shooting contest which involves shooting at a pumpkin on top of a Jawa. The crowd including Jabba cheer as music is played. Shortly later, a figure dressed as Darth Vader enters the passenger compartment. He intimidates the bounty hunter Dengar by smashing his wine glass. Vader then hurls a pumpkin at the Gamorrean guard. Vader forces his way into the throne room and orders Jabba to leave the podium. He also takes a wine bottle.

Jabba sends Fett to retrieve the wine bottle from the Sith Lord. Following a brief confrontation, Vader hurls several objects at Fett before fleeing. Vader runs into the real Darth Vader, who breathes menacingly. The Vader imposter attempts to pacify the Sith Lord with the pumpkin bucket but Vader uses the Force to rip off the imposter's helmet, exposing him as Bib Fortuna. A furious Jabba orders that Fortuna be fed to the sarlacc inhabiting the Great Pit of Carkoon. Fortuna clings onto the plank as a Gamorrean guard attempts to force him into the sarlacc's maw.
