Roth was born in Hammersmith, London, England on September 1, 1984 to actor Tim Roth and Lori Baker. He entered acting from his own experience without attending a drama school. In 1994, when he was only ten years old, his father appeared in Pulp Fiction which also starred Samuel L. Jackson as well as Bronagh Gallagher. Jack himself began his acting career in 2007 after an audition he performed the prior year. In 2014, Roth appeared in an episode of Game of Thrones called The Watchers on the Wall as Donnel Hill alongside Ian Whyte and Mark Stanley. The following year appeared in two episodes of the show Silent Witness which also featured Shina Shihoko Nagai.
