This article is about Jaden Korr's yellow-bladed lightsaber.
You may be looking for his purple-bladed lightsaber he built as a Padawan or the green-bladed lightsaber he built as a Jedi Knight.

Jaden Korr's lightsaber was a weapon, originally constructed by a clone of Kam Solusar, which was later owned by Jedi Knight Jaden Korr in 41.5 ABY.

History[]

Creation[]

After leaving behind his second lightsaber on the frozen moon,[1] Korr used the Force to purify the unstable red crystal of the weapon. This caused the blade to shine yellow, the color Korr noted had once been a symbol of the Jedi Sentinels.[2]

Rising tensions[]

"Now, Jedi Korr, perhaps you'd be good enough to tell us why you ignored orders and allowed the Solos to interrupt us?"
"I'm sorry, Master Horn. I didn't have a choice."
―Corran Horn and Jaden Korr[3]

Later, Korr was stationed outside the High Council Chambers alongside a male Human and a female Mon Calamari apprentice by order of acting Grand Master Kenth Hamner while the High Council discussed how to proceed with the arrest warrants against Jedi Bazel Warv and Yaqeel Saav'etu. When Jedi Knight Leia Organa Solo and her husband arrived in the foyer to the chambers, Korr initially upheld his mandate to bar entrance to everyone. However, the Solos soon convinced Korr that they had evidence of an attack by Mandalorian mercenaries on the Temple, and he let them pass. Jedi Master Corran Horn and Acting Grand Master Kenth Hamner expressed their displeasure with Korr's decision to let the Solos interrupt the Masters, but Kyle Katarn insisted that the arrests should have been carried out in another location. Korr later assisted in moving the Jedi affected by Force psychosis and, along with Avinoam Arelis, helped the Solos defend against the Mandalorian Supercommandos in a lower level hangar in the Temple Precinct.[3]
