The Janta Stronghold was a fortified system of caves settled by the the Dantari of the Janta tribe on the planet Dantooine during the Galactic Civil War.[1]
In 1 ABY,[3] a band of Janta looking for food attacked an artisan near their cave and stole a couple of his sculptures.[4] The same year, Imperial Lieutenant Velso dispatched a spacer to the Janta Stronghold in order to retrieve the ship destruct sequence codes of a Rebel Corellian Corvette. The Empire suspected that the codes were lost during the evacuation of the Dantooine Rebel base in which the ship participated.[2] Later, a spacer visited the cave and collected a Blackscale "Hall Sweeper" carbine.[5]

The Janta Stronghold was a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[6]

Therefore, the events of Star Wars Galaxies must span from 0 ABY to around 1 ABY.
