A conflict was fought by the Jedi Order against the Zygerrian Slave Empire to end their slaving operations after they were outlawed in Republic space.^[2] Their defeat left many Zygerrians such as Darts D'Nar and Atai Molec with a seething hatred of the Jedi.^[1]
