The queen of the planet is dying, and her last act is to turn the government into a democracy, much to the displeasure of her son, Prince [[Beju]]. [[Obi-Wan Kenobi]] and [[Qui-Gon Gin]] are called to Gala to monitor new elections. He suspects poison and goes to one of the other cadidates [[Deca Brun]] for help. In Deca's headquaters he finds evidents that Deca is in league with the [[Offworld Corrporration]]. Obi-wan escapes from the headquaters and procures an antidote. He also dicovers that his new friend [[Jono]] is responsible For the poison.
 
Back at the palace Obi wan and [[Viso]] reveal to Beju that he is not the true hier. He takes it quite well considering the circumstances and allows the votes to continue. Veda is healed and she arrests [[Giba]] the evil advisor to the prince. [[Wila Prammi]] wins the vote and the jedi return to [[Coresent]]
