Jedi Temple central security station

The Jedi Temple central security station was a chamber in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant which housed a beacon that was used to summon the Jedi home. It housed several towering banks that was designed for a few Jedi doing maintenance work. During the Clone Wars, Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi took a class of Padawans including Caleb Dume on a tour of the station.^[1]

When Caleb asked whether the beacon could be used to tell the Jedi to stay away from the Temple, Kenobi told them to await orders. Caleb's Master Depa Billaba then told him that the answer would come in a different form. During the Great Jedi Purge, Kenobi used the beacon in the station to warn the Jedi to avoid Coruscant.^[1]
