- "I have a very vague memory of seeing the first film in the theater—but I have much stronger memories of seeing Empire when it came out. My brothers and I went with our babysitter, and I was so absolutely excited before and blown away after. It really ignited my imagination and desire to tell stories."
- ―Jeffrey Brown
Jeffrey Brown (born 1975) is an American cartoonist who wrote the non-canon book Darth Vader and Son in 2012, as well as its two sequels, Vader's Little Princess in 2013 and Goodnight Darth Vader in 2014.
He is also the author of Star Wars: Jedi Academy, published on August 27, 2013, and Jedi Academy: Return of the Padawan, released on July 29, 2014.
He cites the works of Kevin J. Anderson as some of his favorites from the Expanded Universe,[1] and Calvin and Hobbes as an influence on his work.[2]
