The Jin were sapients native to the Zchtek worlds of the Mid Rim. Rebel Alliance officer Dutra Zeneta was a Jin.
Jin could see in the infrared spectrum, allowing them to see in complete darkness providing there were nearby heat sources.
The Jin were also known to have a culture rich in arts and literature.
