Jooro Jarrot, also known as "Speeds," was a Quarren member of a biker gang called the Ganguls.[1] When the biker gang expanded into a pirate gang, Jarrot remained as the Ganguls' second-in-command behind their leader Sellaccc Orryak. Jarrot used a net caster in combat.[3]
