Juan Schwartz is the alias of Pablo Hidalgo.[1] Hidalgo used it because of short-live rule that prohibited Lucasfilm employees from doing freelance work for publishers.[2] He used the alias as a co-author of The Emperor's Pawns in Star Wars Gamer 5, with Abel G. Peña and Pablo Hidalgo.
The alias is itself a reference to Cannibal: The Musical.[1]
