The Junior Sabers was a piloting competition and the junior version of the Five Sabers championships. Greer Sonnel was one of the competitors who flew for the Crystal Cairn team, and competed from the nineteenth to the twenty-first year after the Battle of Endor. However, she was forced to retire early when she was diagnosed with the potentially fatal bloodburn syndrome.[1]
