K Company was a company of 144 clone troopers, with added support personnel, that served within the Grand Army of the Republic's Hawkbat Battalion, a battalion in the 327th Star Corps, during the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. Originally led by Clone Captain Deviss, K Company was subdivided into four platoons and participated in the war's first battle on the Outer Rim planet Geonosis in 22 BBY.

During the battle, Hawkbat Battalion and K Company were ordered to march toward a column of Separatist spider droids, leading to both units losing most of their forces. Deviss and two critically injured clone troopers survived, holding out for three hours in a shallow crater, as Deviss tended to the wounded and defended his position against the advancing column. Eventually rescued by casevac, Deviss was awarded a medal for his actions and was given a new command after the battle's end.

Behind the scenes

K Company was first mentioned in "Guide to the Grand Army of the Republic," a 2005 reference article written by Karen Traviss and Ryan Kaufman for the eighty-fourth issue of the Star Wars Insider magazine. The company was later pictured as part of a 2013 action figure set for Hasbro's Star Wars: Saga Legends line of toys.
