Kajaka root was a type of edible root. Strips of fried kajaka roots were notably eaten at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant at the time of the Clone Wars.[1] It was deep-fried in Troogan oil or sliced and roasted on skewers. Strono Tuggs included a recipe for Roasted Kajaka Root in his cookbook. He considered it much better than most root vegetables which he thought had bland flavors.[2]
