Kanto Raka was a Human male professional thief. He encountered Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, while they were on a mission to blow up the vault on the casino planet Katalla. They succeeded, and Raka took some of the vault's contents for himself.
