Kazac was a Nautolan mercenary and a member of the InterStellar Regulators living during the Galactic War. During the Conquest of Makeb in 3638 BBY the Regulators sides with the Hutt Cartel in their occupation of the planet. Under orders of Vice-Commandant Grevin Kazac and his men held Lemda Avesta captive in the Quake Shelter 14-K on the Frinn Mesa. When a Republic hero and resistance member Prosk arrived to rescue her, Kazac and his men killed Prosk before opening fire on the Republic hero, but were easily defeated.[2]
