The Kesmere system was located in the Raioballo sector, a part of the Outer Rim Territories[1] and the New Territories.[2] It was situated in grid square L-4 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
The Kesmere system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in "Star Systems of the Galaxy," an appendix published with the Star Wars Galaxy Map on StarWars.com[1] on June 24, 2025. Both works were authored by Jason Fry.[3] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity via a mention in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, written by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry.[4]
