A species of winged avians were native to the planet Kilmaulsias in the Vorzyd Cluster, where they eventually evolved into the sentient Kilmaulsi species. Members of the species had colorful feathers beneath their jaws and were able to fly using their wings, although the Kilmaulsi lost both the wings and the flying capability but retained the feathers.[1]

The species were mentioned in Geonosis and the Outer Rim Worlds, a role-playing supplement released by Wizards of the Coast in 2004 for their Star Wars Roleplaying Game.[1]
