The Kirtarkin system was located in the Anoat sector in the Outer Rim Territories region of the galaxy.[1]
The planet Kirtarkin was located in the system.[3] During the Iron Blockade, an Imperial sentry post was also located in the system, the Smuggler as leader of the Uprising, sent members of his crew to assist the Kouhun and the Noble Court on a joint operation to raid the sentry post. The crew members assisted in planning the raid.[5]
