"You two find the general and help him. This frigate is not going to last; we have to get out of here!"
"Yes, sir!"
―CC-7567, telling Koho and Denal to find Anakin Skywalker.[src]

"Koho" was the nickname of a clone trooper who served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. Serving under Captain CC-7567, nicknamed "Rex," Koho participated in a battle aboard bounty hunter Cad Bane's Munificent-class star frigate around 22 BBY. During the battle, Rex ordered Koho and fellow clone trooper Denal to find Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, who had chased after Bane. The two clones began searching around the frigate and soon spotted Bane; however, after they ordered Bane to surrender, Denal was killed by the Duros, who then escaped.

Biography

Denal and Koho, before engaging Cad Bane.

A clone of Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett, "Koho" was the nickname of a clone trooper born on the Wild Space planet of Kamino to fight for the Grand Army of the Republic.[1] Around 22 BBY,[2] he participated in a battle over the planet of Devaron. Serving under Captain CC-7567, nicknamed "Rex," Koho joined Rex's squad, and the clones were accompanied by Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, during the battle. After engaging bounty hunter Cad Bane aboard his personal Confederate Munificent-class star frigate, Tano separated from the clones and her master and chased after Bane. Skywalker soon ordered Rex and the clone troopers to find the frigate's hangar and secure a transport while he left to find his Padawan.[3]

After finding a Sheathipede-class transport shuttle on standby inside the hangar, Rex ordered Koho and fellow trooper, Denal, to locate and help Skywalker. The two clones soon departed from the group; however, while in pursuit of finding the Jedi General, they spotted Bane on top of a ramp which overlooked the hangar. Both Koho and Denal confronted Bane, and Denal told the Duros bounty hunter to surrender. However, their capturing of Bane was cut short when the bounty hunter killed Denal, stole his armor, and escaped with the Republic force onboard the Sheathipede-class transport shuttle.[3]

Behind the scenes

"Koho" was first featured in "Cargo of Doom," the second episode in the second season of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, which aired on October 2, 2009.[4]
