Kufa was an elderly female Evereni who was a cousin of Eye of the Nihil Marchion Ro. She had tattoos on her face that resembled the lightning-bolt symbol of the Nihil marauder organization. Kufa was met by Ro on the cold planet Rystan, where the Eye wished to be taken to the Shrine along with the Talortai navigator Udi Dis. After arriving at the Shrine and locating the Great Leveler within, Ro killed Kufa and retrieved the Leveler.[2]
