Kuna's Scale was a supergiant star that the Moddell sector planet Maya Kovel's native species, the Ayrou, considered to be part of the Kuna constellation. Most of the stars in the constellation were located in the Moddell sector near Maya Kovel; however, Kuna's Scale, Kuna's Gullet, and Kuna's Heart were not. Despite their apparent proximity to the others in the constellation, the three bright stars were located in either adjacent sectors or Wild Space.
