Kyu Tane was a Human male who was the Naboo Minister of Culture around the time of the invasion of Naboo. He and his wife were arrested by the Trade Federation troops, but their daughter managed to escape and join with the Naboo Underground. Eventually, Tane, his wife and a group of other prisoners were rescued by agents of the Naboo Underground.
