Lev Kepzen was the captain of the Galactic Empire's EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate Feral[1] sometime around 0 ABY.[2] That year, after leading an Imperial Naval taskforce—including the Feral—on a three-month hunt for the pirate band known as the Solar Terrors, Kepzen managed to capture the pirates at their base. Venslas Beeli, the leader of the pirates, surrendered when he realized that he was outnumbered.[1]
