Level Two was located on Starkiller Base. After framing Lieutenant Sol Rivas for the lowering of Starkiller Base's shields, Captain Phasma first spotted Rivas on the south platform of Level Two and attempted to detain him but failed to do so due to continuous explosions throughout the base.[2]
