The Imperial prison planet of Ord Vaug was liberated by the Alliance of Free Planets shortly after the Battle of Endor.
The battle[]
In 4 ABY,[3] following the Battle of Endor, the prison planet Ord Vaug was taken from Imperial control[2] by an Alliance of Free Planets force that included Colonel Onassi.[4]
Aftermath[]
Discovering within an internment facility the young Venerated Ones of Vandelhelm, Lillindri Nanimei Filda Vandelhelm XXXII and Endrodanar Tiopuld Shaamador Vandelhelm XXIV, prisoners on the planet for three years, the Alliance required an escort to return the nobles to their homeworld. General Han Solo was selected by his old friend General Lando Calrissian for his skill as a pilot.[4]
