Locux Hyen was a dangerous agent of the Empire who was driven mad by the Imperial experiments that turned him into a cyborg. He faced off against Rebel Alliance survivors of the bombardment of Edan Base on Edan II, along with Dark Jedi Teles Jalahafi.
