Longee was a wooden toy made to resemble a brown-furred, long-necked quadruped that was owned by Jyn Erso while she lived as a child with her parents, Galen and Lyra Erso in her family's homestead on the planet Lah'mu. Longee and the other toys Jyn owned were usually kept in her toybox,[1] but when the Galactic Empire arrived on the homestead in search of Galen[2] in the year 13 BBY,[1] it was out on her bed with several of her other toys.[2]

Behind the scenes

Longee first appeared as a prop in the film Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which was released in North America on December 16, 2016. The prop was not identified in the film, but received a name in the Star Wars: Rogue One: The Ultimate Visual Guide, which was written by Pablo Hidalgo and released alongside the film.
