Lootra was a Human male from Telos IV. He was separated from his wife, Aaida. By coincidence they both ended up on Nar Shaddaa, where they were reunited by the Jedi Exile.

Lootra had come to Nar Shaddaa following the end of the Mandalorian Wars, searching for his lost wife Aaida. Nar Shaddaa was his last hope of trying to find her, where he almost gave up hope until the Exile offered to help him. She rescued Aaida, who was being oppressed at the Refugee Sector, along with several others by The Exchange, and reunited her with Lootra.

His reward for the player is a random part to creating a lightsaber. If the player has already built their first saber, Lootra will instead reward the player with a lightsaber (the hilt type and color are random).

Behind the Scenes

What the player tells Lootra after he is reunited with Aaida will gain you influence with your crew. If Kreia is in your party and you give too many kind words to the couple, Kreia will comment on your weakness. If you tell them to help other people as you helped them, Kreia will actually be impressed that you inspired them to help others and you will gain influence instead along with light side points.
