The Loronar Corporation was a company that produced various technological products. These included Mk. III Optimized Galven Coils, a model of starship laser focusing array, and the Model 4 Hostile Environment Treatment, a model of radiation shielding for armor. Both products were available during the Galactic Civil War.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
Loronar Corporation was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in the 2016 Star Wars Roleplaying supplement Special Modifications, which was published by Fantasy Flight Games.[1] The company originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in The Star Wars Rules Companion, a 1989 roleplaying supplement written by Greg Gorden for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[5]
