The Lost Sultans of Lust were a group[2] hailing from the Lust system[1] who dined with the Human scholar Ebenn Q3 Baobab at some point prior to the year 6 ABY. Baobab wrote about the encounter in his autobiography, Blazing Rockets, and the group was also mentioned in his book Galactic Phrase & Travel Guide.[2]

Behind the scenes[]

The Lost Sultans of Lust were first mentioned in the Galactic Phrase Book & Travel Guide, which was written by Ben Burtt and released in 2001. The book did not make clear at what stage of his life Baobab dined with the Sultans.[2]

(backup link) Jason Fry, co-author of The Essential Atlas, stated his intention to create homeworlds for numerous species based on context implied from their names. Given this principle, this article makes a similar basic assumption for the Lost Sultans of Lust in relation to the Lust system.
