Luke Skywalker once created a red-bladed lightsaber shoto during the Nagai–Tof War to combat the Dark Lady Lumiya and her exotic lightwhip on Kinooine.

History[]

The shoto was made from materials from an Iskalonian Stinger, including its power pack.^[1] Luke used the shoto when he practiced his saber training with three Marksman-H combat remotes before the Second Battle of Endor.^[3]

During the Battle of Iskalon, Lando used the shoto while being underwater to bring down the Nagai's tower.^[4] Luke also used his shoto during the Battle of Zeltros.^[5]

Many decades later, Luke would use it again to combat Lumiya during the Battle of Gilatter VIII while his twin sister, Leia Organa Solo dueled Alema Rar.^[6]
