The Lumini pirates were a pirate organization.[1] By 35 ABY,[2] the organization had become defunct, having been attacked by the First Order. Kuimi Enissa, a young lieutenant in the organization, was the sole survivor of the attack.[1]

As such, the events of The Rise of Skywalker must take place in 35 ABY, and the Lumini pirates must have dissolved some point prior to that year.
