Magur Torigai was a male zoologist from Mon Calamari. He lived in the city of Restuss prior to its destruction in the Battle of Restuss and studied the wildlife of Rori.
When he discovered that the local population of gubburs - imported to Rori by a misguided researcher from Corellia - got loose and began to breed uncontrollably he feared that they would pose a threat to Rori's sensitive ecosystem. Therefore he hired a well-armed spacer to help him lower the gubbur population.
Not long after the spacer had successfully helped him, Torigai received a report of another non-native animal, a Talusian Guf drolg, endangering the local ecosystem. Fortunately he could rely once again on the services of the spacer to purge the threat of the guf droig.
Behind the scenes
Magur Torigai was a NPC in Star Wars: Galaxies, located in the city of Restuss on Rori. He was removed from the game on June 27th 2006 due to the changes done to Restuss in preparation to the Battle of Restuss event, during which the city was destroyed.
