Manax root was a poison[1] that existed by the time of the Clone Wars.[2] Between 3 ABY and 4 ABY,[3] the assassin Ochi traveled to the[1] planet[4] Coruscant to assassinate Emperor Palpatine's Royal Guard, before he carried out the job he visited Zlarb who named manax root as a poison he had avaiable for the assassin to use in his job.[1]
