Margit Pfeiffer is a sound editing professional who works for Skywalker Sound. She served as Co-Supervising Sound Editor for the first season of Andor, for which she was nominated for the Emmy for Outstanding Sound Editing For A Comedy Or Drama Series (One Hour) for "The Eye."[2] In the second season, she served as supervising sound editor and ADR supervisor and worked with David Acord, also of Skywalker Sound, to design the complex sounds of Season 2 with Tony Gilroy and John Gilroy. As part of keeping the show's commitment to a grounded and visceral sound design, one of Pfeiffer's responsibilities was creating the sounds—chanting, singing, and panicked cries among them—of the Ghorman Massacre.[1]
